Canon Short Courses: Learn how to wave goodbye, chew gum, pickup a hammer, and perhaps most challenging, use a doorbell. Because Canon cares.

Yeah, I was feeling a little despondent after not being marketed too in as much as 30 to 40 minutes. Thanks.

Piss weak marketing shit - that sucked major dog's balls and embarrassed me with its Australian accent.

Leo Burnett has the Australian account for Canon - just for the record. Do you work there Oxford Blue?

Instructoart is much, much better.

The one for the hammer didn't specify, after picking it up gently, which part of the hammer faces forward.

I'm strangely overcome by a powerful thirst for a PepsiCo product.

the chewing gum thing made me laugh. well, maybe not really laugh but chuckle. thanks for the post. now, if only they'd develop a Photoshop guide as simple as these

I didn't like the waving one. Not enough information on what to do with the wrist and elbow. Needs more subtlety.

Hoedown. The only word in the instruction manual that comes with a brand new hoe.

the more I work in advertising the more I am convinced that the only decent and honest message that a brand should communicate is "buy me".
I m so tired of all the bullshit....

I tried to follow the doorbell one, but the door says I'm missing the required drivers. And when I go to download the drivers, the website doesn't list my doorbell model. Any suggestions?

Yeah, fungible, I think you need to buy a Canon color printer.

That looks suspiciously like Chris Ware's art...

Oxford Blue has posted a single link to MetaFilter. It's content? Fluff marketing materials for Canon (with art clearly derivative of Chris Ware).

I daresay that Oxford is looking very much like Pepsi. Let's all have a refreshing glass!

I've got a few neighbors I need to send this to.
They seem incapable of pushing the big glowing button and instead use timid knocks.
