Cookie the clown died yesturday. My favorite clown of the long running 'Bozo Show' recorded in Chicago.

"I am the luckiest guy in the world to have worked at a job I loved, and I'm going to miss it dearly," Brown said upon his retirement in 1994.

I miss Cooky too. His antics, his anxiety, his Ed McMahon-esque ability to bring out the best in Bozo.

I wonder...is Wizzo still alive? I can still hear him chanting his high-pitched, magic runes..."dootie dootie dootie do!"

Cooky is dead. Long live Cooky.

Wizzo lives. This is a link to another magician's personal site, but pretty nifty nonetheless. I didn't know Wizzo really was a magician! I thought he only played one on TV.
