With nothing to lose but more of his own money, former convenience store magnate (kinda), local businessman, and independent candidate Christy Mihos has produced the 'cheekiest' political ad (so far) in the current Massachusetts gubernatorial race.

Nice tag. I just found out that Christy Mihos was, in fact, a man a few days ago, which shows how little he's been getting his face out (of) there.

For some reason, reminds me of those "Hey Mr. Owl! How many licks does it take to get to tootsie roll center or a tootsie pop?" ads. Why? I have no idea.

I do not live in MA or MN, but that ad reminded me of Jesse Ventura - another maverick. Then I followed the second link and found that the ad was from a man who worked for JV's campaign. Hmmm. Is it like 2-year-olds misbehaving to get attention?

Huh? What do you mean by 'it'? Running for governer? Running for governer is like being a 2 year old? Is that what you're saying?

One Democratic insider, who did not want to be named, put it this way: "This may be the greatest tongue-in-cheek ad in the history of politics."

Teehee!

The ad is a great way to go negative without calling out the competition. People will remember this one more than any other. Remember the Johnson era Daisy /Bomb ad? also Why is Christy orange?
