One of the funny things is, is that this thread features no- why does everyone kiss blogger/pyras butt? No ones saying, "where's the business model?", or, "Will Blogger be the next to go?" For anyone who has questioned why Blogger/Pyra are followed so closely, and why a lot of people seem to be concerned with them, is because of this kind of stuff. It seems as if they've actually found the line where People meet Dot-Com. And it's been this way from the beginning..... I've not seen anything else like Blogger or Pyra, I think the deserve humongous Kudos. Way to go Pyrates!!!

This is severely cool of Pyra, but can I ask one question - doesn't Blogger Pro come with comment features? Are they going to run the two concurrently?

Regardless of what features are included with Blogger Pro --- those features will only be available if you are willing and can afford to pay for the service. For everyone else, there is ~~Master~~ BlogVoices.

This is all well and good, but I wonder how Pyra can make money. I mean, where's the business plan? And what about BlogVoices? How is that going to embiggen Chrish's wallet? La la la.

Three cheers for Pyra? Sure, I am very happy that they have come in to save BlogVoices, but I think a heartier three cheers should go out to Chris Hamilton (chrish) and his excellent BlogVoices idea in the first place. Chrish, you da man!

Any more light shed on the problems? I'm just curious whether it was purely BV's popularity, or whether there truly were abusers either in volume (busy chatrooms) or content (sex, drugs, hack&roll)?
