Haw! Haw! Try and get this Levi's song out of your head. This and the Nesbitt's Orange spot were two of my favorite TV commercials as a kid. I hope they brighten up your Friday a bit. (YouTube alert)

I don't know why they have the warning; I thought at first maybe this was some previously unaired version where the kid dropped trou or something, but nope. It looks G-rated to me.

I too am concerned about the inappropriateness factor. Maybe it was the Harold and Maude element, where the kid in his natty courderoys takes off with the octogenarian into the sunset...

I always think of this song when I see the words "haw haw". There was another ad though, with the kid stop-motioning up the side of a building. Very cool for the time.

Man, I'd totally forgotten that jingle, though it was clearly lurking in my subconcious when I become obessed with the song Muleskinner Blues around 1990.
