Stop motion animation plus Post-it notes equals pixelly goodness. (Flash, via milkandcookies)

For me, the shadow bit at the end was the most interesting element of this idea -- neat.

Damn it, I keep wanting to do something with stop motion animation, but as soon as I start planning it out it gets bigger and bigger in my head till I realize that there is no way I'm going to be able to pull it off.

Why can't I think up something this simple and clever?

Nifty. Reminds me of Michel Gondry's excellent music video for "Fell in Love with a Girl."

Ok, so the cool thing in stop motion lately seems to be having one element at "normal" speed - like the falling Post It about 55 seconds. Anyone know how they do it?

I liked the fact that they played around with different viewing angles rather than just having the whole thing shot straight-on. I also think that the shadow at the end was the best part.

I thought the best thing about the video was the one room where there's ivy growing out of the sink, that's such a cool idea.
