This sounds good enough out of my built-in monitor speakers at work to shut up the noisy employees a few cubes over for a bit. Thanks for posting! posted by Burhanistan at 12:29 PM on November 28, 2006
Thanks--this is very nice! posted by Maishe at 1:45 PM on November 28, 2006
Meh. Mozart is the Madonna of classical composers. Give me a station that's all-Messaien, or all-Mahler, all-Milhaud, or better yet, all-Marenzio. posted by soyjoy at 2:48 PM on November 28, 2006

soyjoy is cooler than I am, because all those M-composers are less-recognizable than Mozart or Madonna. posted by cgc373 at 4:17 PM on November 28, 2006
And better, too. posted by soyjoy at 9:31 AM on November 30, 2006
Okay, soyjoy. Honestly, after I posted that comment, above, saying, Meh!? Kneejerk pseudo-elitist meh-response!? Me snark now! [my translation], I wanted to take it back, because, really, whatever. You like those non-Mozart/non-Madonna composers—only three-quarters of whom I recognize by name, and none of whose work I'm familiar with (being far more familiar with Ms. Ciccone's work than any of the rest, sadly)—and good on you. I don't have any reason to argue that Mozart's better or more worthy than any of the rest of them of having a 24-hour broadcast. And MetaFilter threads have a now-traditional memelet, to wit: Your favorite [X] sucks. So say we all. posted by cgc373 at 11:28 AM on November 30, 2006

I think you missed the fact that "Meh" starts with "M." posted by soyjoy at 12:28 PM on December 1, 2006
Should I make a tired Meh-taFilter joke? posted by cgc373 at 1:18 PM on December 1, 2006
