*glances at old version of HandWrite on the monochorme screen of my TRGpro* Witness. I may wait until I move to a 5.0 machine or higher for Moe Paint, but the galleries are great. In the handouts department, this FPP's good enough for a Atari Retro secure digital card, had I one to give.

I cannot thank you enough for bringing this to my attention Teleskiving. You're welcome, I'm glad you liked the post! I haven't settled on an app yet, Moe Paint seems to be far and away the best free one but there are a few commercial ones that look good too. Each seems to have its own strengths and weaknesses. I haven't tried NinerPaint yet (13$ but there's a free trial) but the animation capabilities look really fun.
