Okay, my snark aside, that was a really nice piece of writing. The same things hold true for me & my experience, so it really hit home. He's a great lyricist, and from what I understand, a really nice guy, too.

Ah, McDermot, the Chelsea NA meetings must have improved. When I attended in the mid-90's, the venue was no 13th step opportunity. And, praise to Jimmie Dale, a genuinely great and good man.
