that's awful and sad. i wonder why no one who was knowlegable about the temple was aware of the destruction that went on for 10 days. i wonder why the workers employed (admitedly, they were farmers) did not realize that they were damaging it. i wonder why no one skilled at restoration was brought in to consult. posted by palegirl at 5:20 PM on February 7, 2001
