Rogue nations? Nah, that's old stuff. What we're looking for now is rogue swimmers. Well, actually, it's the dolphins and sea lions that are looking for them. Of course, there's always the possibility that the animals will become the rogues and terrorists themselves.

Wow, this is quite reminiscent of the (hoaxish) Katrina dolphin rumors.

- Don't these mammals winter outside of the US of A?
- Who knows where their true allegiance lies?
- Would waterboarding even work on them?
- Does anybody have the main listing for the Cetacean Legation?

Well, we all knew that dolphins were jerks, but terrorists?

Just saw this story on the cover of the Seattle Times. They want these cetaceans to carry special cuffs to attach to suspicious swimmers' ankles. Just think, next time you're swimming to Vashon, you'll just hear a muffled "click," then rapturous chattering as you sink below the waves....
