Thanks for the heads-up. I love lunar eclipses, not least because there was a stunning lunar eclipse the night I brought my newborn daughter home from the hospital.

Thanks for the info, fluffy. I haven't seen one of these in years. Wish it would be in mid-year, when the moon rises over the ocean (viewed from my house). Barring clouds, it will be good though.

Ooooh excellent. Moon enters totality at 22:43 for me. I'll have to make sure to have the camera ready that night, though the odds of a non-cloudy night in Ireland in March are... slim :)
