Ghost Ride(r/ing)

As a follow up to my first ever post: The video in question is apparently a behind the scenes production reel for This fine music video(I feel the pure quality of the final product truly makes up for the shoddiness of the initial post). Does all of this cheesy ridiculousness indicate a trend away from gangster rap and toward cornball 90's hip hop? I hope so.

First off: I love the guy wearing the Misfits t-shirt, it seems so out of place in this genre.
Having said that, when I was a kid we did things with cars that were far more stupid and dangerous than this. Nobody wanted to make a video of it, though -- we were having fun, not trying to get attention.
Finally: the song is garbage. I love good hip hop, but this isn't it. I wish they'd used the Ghostbusters-like car and references, but actually sampled "I want a new drug" -- that would have been a bit clever.
