I dunno ... every time I hear that music I think of Dudley Moore and Bo Derek -- "10" ...

Which unfortunately then makes me think of Tarzan, the Ape Man ... and Edgar Rice Burroughs spinning in his grave to the beat of Bolero.

But this quartet, with one cello among them, is fascinating! Thanks for the link!

Oh Seabird, no... every time I hear Bolero, it's all about Torvill & Dean, and that incredible string of perfect sixes at the 1984 Olympics.

Vronsky, this is a really great link. Thank you.

That Torvill and Dean performance was stunning. Wow.

That was less impressive yet more erotic than I expected.

3:32? That is not nearly long enough to... perform... Bolero... *ahem*

Dismitree: That Giles Apap video was crazygonuts. Thanks for posting it.

"makes me think of Tarzan, the Ape Man"

I actually got my older cousin to take me to see this. And yes, it is quite possibly the worst film ever, but, you know, boobies and stuff.

Wow, a horde of great youtube links. Were those instruments made especially for stringfever?
