This is the same state commonwealth where women in hijab have been given grief or told "you'll have to remove your headdress ma'am" when trying to get license pictures, and they took a photo of a guy who was spray painted fluorescent pink? There are a bunch of civil "servants" who need to lose their jobs over this.

Dreama: Actually, that was Florida. And I think that the judges allowed them to wear the hijab. Hard to tell because I find articles saying that it's ok and others saying that it's not. I'd clarify more but I'm busy upgrading wordpress installs. :|

The Florida case was a hijab with full veil and given the resulting completely non-identifying picture I am boggled that anyone could say she SHOULDN'T be asked to take it off.
