Yeah, you would have to forcefully shove an infant into a blue whale artery for anyone inside of one. They are only like 9 inches in diameter. Their hearts however are the size of small cars. Really, can't you at least make your outlandish claims physically possible?

In a large whale, the main artery from the heart, the aorta, can be three feet wide; a small child could walk upright inside.

Ok then. How is this: Near all the windows on the second story of my house we have fire escape chutes made from stitched together blue whale aortas that can be unfurled in an emergency and slid down to safety.
