They're certainly well done ads, but at the end of the day they're still ads and as such they offend me with their very existence*. But since I don't live in Thailand and I'm not in the market for insurance, I'm inclined to go a little easier on them this time. * See this previous comment on a similar subject for some added clarity to my view on advertisements.

I laughed at the first one (not the first I clicked). I wasn't expecting a car crash and I thought it was over the top. Personally, I refuse to get sad on cue, especially for an ad. But I do get teary-eyed during some television moments, like the eulogy scene in The Big Lebowski.
