Metafilter now has a group at LibraryThing. Inspired by the reaction to this thread, I've set up a group with the name "Metafilter" at LibraryThing. Please join if you care to swap reading lists, see what books fellow MeFis own, etc. For maximum coolishness, sign up with the same screen name you use here.

This post was deleted for the following reason: please put this in metatalk. -- jessamyn

Shouldn't this be in Meta under metafilter related? Not bitching though; good idea.

This sort of thing usually goes on Meta.

Anyway, neat! I just recently bought a cuecat on ebay for use with Librarything, so I'll defnitely join up when it arrives.

MeTa.

No I'm not MeTaing this. I just wanted you to know that it exists.

While I approve of the idea, this seems like it ought to be in MetaTalk, or possibly in Projects. It seems awfully self-linky to me, as evidenced by the phrase "I've set up a group..."

That's where it started, as mentioned in the link. Since it's an external thing, I thought it should go here. Apologies if that's incorrect.

Yeah. I think this is a Meta thing. I don't think you should be strung-up for self linking, but I think should get moved by a friendly admin.

Shouldn't this be in AskMeFi?

(Just to be different)
