The folks down at the Pakistan Ordnance Factory [youtube: 6'40] would like to show you how they make some of their machine guns, mortar bombs (in a surprising range of bright, cheerful colors), tank and anti-tank ammo ("capable of defeating the toughest armor in the battlefield!"), aircraft and anti-aircraft ammunition, and so much more. "P.O.F. products are in service with over 40 countries around the globe, with an ever-expanding market!"

Interesting question, but I doubt that any law is really implement to prevent poisoning the workers..I mean..that's Pakistan it can't be much better then U.S ..it could be even worse.

Admittedly, it's a bit cheerful for arms production promo, but not really different from "Big Arms Inc, helping keep America safe!" Just look at the ads in any arms industry rag (Aviation Week and Space Tech is my favorite). Also, it certainly should be no surprise to anyone that Pakistan has a well developed arms industry. I bet India does too...

Yeah, it's partly that matter-of-fact, "cheerful" presentation that made me think this little was worthy of some attention: it struck me as odd, given the fact of the wares they're touting. It could've been soap, or tires, or anything. And not being familiar with the "arms industry rags" probably also contributed to a sense of surprise, on my part, that weapons manufacture would be presented in such a way. My rationale for posting this, however, was not based on any "surprise" that Pakistan in particular has a well-developed arms industry. I know there are many other countries that do as well. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any similar 'promo video' type presentations from any other country's arms manufacturers. If I had, I would've included them in this FPP.

Pakistan Ordnance Factory was my favorite band in the 80's. Until they toured with Depeche Mode and sold out.
