that's so fucking great. there are no permalinks, but check out the inadvertently relevant: "sorry, no throbbing gristle" at 1/3 down "don't tread on me" a couple posts under that "hysteria strikes again" a little more than halfway down "paging dr. flea" directly under that everything else makes a kind of absurd sense, but these are on the nose, as they say in the tv biz.

You know when someone asks, hey, want a beer?, and you think, hmm, hey, why not, and the beer tastes much better than you had expected, because you weren't really thinking about having a beer, and before you're even halfway savouring the first one, someone hands you another, and next thing you know it you're buying the rounds, and with a parched mouth and a head like a ferris wheel you hear someone mumble, hey, wanannathabee?, and you stammer, sure!, and you really believe it, against all good advice, but you really do, by the best of your impaired judgment, do wanannathabee? That's how I feel about LOLcats. Please keep 'em coming. I'll be under the table.

Wonderful example of my point pinespree, what does that photo have to do with a shuttle launch? Nothing. But there is a feather, and feathers come from birds who fly, shuttles also fly; And just because it's perfect, it's not actually a bird, it's a bird's predator; the cat, chewing on the feather, with the text about the launch, so we question if a launch will be coming or did the cat's eating disrupt it and therefore make the whole image ironic. You see? Random connections = wonderfulness. Again, I love it.
