That's a standard YouTube error message so there's no telling what's wrong and hacking is not the most likely explanation.

I can't take any credit for it, except perhaps by having a lot of ascii artists' sites bookmarked. That one was by bug. (I stripped the artist's sig from the image, which I guess I shouldn't do.)
