The funny thing is that just the other day I was wondering if there was a website that could show someone virtually every corporate logo known to man. I meant to go look for just such a site but as I often do, I was distracted by... well, life. But this FPP not only made me remember that I mean to conduct such a search, but saved me from having to even do the search in the first place! So thanks signal! Nice post!

Their slogan is "All My Faves". Except it doesn't have my favourites. It has their favourites. If it had my favourites, there would only need to be about 6 or 7 logos. Let's count...Australian ABC, Achewood, Metafilter, del.icio.us, Google, Australian Bureau of Meteorology, Flickr. In which case I might as well put together the world's simplest webpage and make it my start page. Or shit, use my browser's bookmark toolbar.

The banality and lack of originality in web service offerings is what emerges from this project for me. So many logos, so little of interest. Same old same old boring web. Don't tell these guys about MeFi. Maybe we should be fully logo-less.
