Since this wasn't explained, anywhere, this is a show from Channel 102, which is itself a New York knockoff of the original West coast Channel 101. In my opinion, the best show on Channel 102 has got to be Puppet Rapist, although The defenders of Stan, Sexual Intercourse, American Style, and I love the 30s all deserve a few minutes of your procrastinating time.
