Holy poop. Ever have one of those moments where a snippet of your past floods back and fills your brain? I just had one of those. A friend of mine used to listen to Brian Dewan all the time. He lent me a CD and I enjoyed it, but all I could remember was the fact that he played the zither and two chunks of lyrics; "Making useful things from trash," and "chopped him into little bits and sold him by the pound." For the past ten years the lyrics and the infectiously happy-bouncy accompanying music would spontaneously pop into my head, but I could never remember the artist's name. But now I must go and find that song. Thanx, AV!

Fun post, but that's actually an autoharp he's playing. A zither is very different and much more difficult to play.

DON'T forget to check out Dewanatron when you are finished with those campaign songs. Lekvar. You're looking for his albums "Tells the story" and "The Operating Theater". "Obedience School" and "The Letter" are both on Tells the Story. Great music. I love Brian Dewan.

wsg, Dewan often plays a large electric zither, but that really was an autoharp there, I agree. Just like Kilby Snow played!
