Yeah, this guy is only slightly Quixotic in that his monumental efforts pay off only aesthetic rewards. Nice to look at, though. As a side note, I used to call a lady in my office Donna Quixote because she always read and then spewed self-help tripe to everyone while at the same time being wholly unhelpful. I don't think she got the joke.

I liked it at first, and then after a while it began to remind me of a nocturnal cityscape, which is nothing compared to a star-filled sky. I wonder if it would feel similar in person. Still, kudos for a very interesting project concept.

jonmc : I prefer tilting at ginmills, myself. I find that generally the tilting comes after the ginmill. The spinning as well.

This post is as much about Old Dutch potato chips as it is about Quixote. I like the project and the pictures are real purdy but unless Quixote now owns an LED factory and is planning an agressive recall, I don't see what he has to do with this.
