As much as Spinal Tap rocked, I must admit I could never get my head around the obtuse poetry of their lyrics. I must have started chatting with my daughter between songs and looked away. Whenever I see some sort of performance where the result is underwhelming, I often look at my friends and just say "Stone'enge!" I was actually once responsible for my own Stone'eng Effect. I was MC of a dance recital. At the last minute, they asked if I knew how to produce a blanket of fog onstage for a certain number. I knew how, in theory, but did not have the right equipment. Cut to the punchline: The dancers went about their dramatic performance with a tiny bucket of dry ice bubbling over in the background, creating a "blanket" of fog about an inch high and a foot in diameter. (Hey, in rehearsal it actually produced quite a covering! But that was with the front curtains closed, which trapped the fog. Once the curtains were opened, the prevailing airflow was toward the stage. Stone'enge!!!!!!)

Damn vronsky, thanks. Not a pro, in that I don't make my living from photography, but I do sell a few prints here and there, and I do send work out to publishers now and then. (Nothing on the market yet, though.) I also do some for-hire photography. Yep, that kid is a cutie, and with my DNA yet. Her chin is mine, but she bears the most resemblance (no offense to her estranged mother) from her aunt. Not only is she better looking than me, but she is much smarter. Thanks again.
