I wish this was about Plastic Bertrand and Pengo, instead of a foreign language version of the Minipops set to animated penguins. I hope this is geared towards the under five crowd where's it popular, and not the latest pop sensation sweeping the pop charts. It's like a less interesting version of the Chipmunks with penguins.
