This is a nice one. As far as I can tell, the ants learn paths from the ants that have gone before-- that's really original. Thanks for finding this. And CAKE OVER is comedy gold.

my best was a level 69 the record around the job is 79 and the record period is 132

Okay that's just downright fun, but I can't figure out how I was able to get a laser once but most of the time I can't upgrade the way I want to. Is there a trick to it or something? And what strategies did you guys use? I only made it to level 55 but I was trying to focus my placement near the anthill and near the cake, at least at the beginning. In later levels I tried spacing the other cannons out to cover as wide a range of the playing field as possible, but even then there just came a point where the ants can take more than I can dish out, and they don't seem to get more valuable. ...and does the poison spray actually do anything besides make them glow?
