Sumo Volleyball - online competition at its finest.Yep, Friday flash fun on Tuesday. For those of you who used to have ICQ, this game will be very familiar. Four different variates of play are offered. 1 on 1 is by far the favorite and the most fun, IMHO. One tiny downside, activeX based, and thus, pretty much IE only. There are also other games via the home page, of which Kung-fu chess is also very popular.

I have probably wasted more time playing these games than any other flash games combined. The ability to play against friends at great distance is the greatest draw.

Oh, and I've used firefox since it was in alpha stage, and the only time I've ever fired up IE in the last 2 years was to play these games.

Yeah, it's that fun.

This is hardly sophistry to me -- I can play Flash games on a Mac, I can't play ActiveX games.

The first time I have regretted having a Mac. I really wanted to see sumo volleyball. Damn.
