Notessimo is a quick and easy flash music creator. Lots of different instruments to choose from. You can even share your ear-piercing horrors soulful tunes!
Oh wait! Figured it out. Go to "Open URL" in the "File" menu and insert this:

Wow, that's amazing. It only took me five minutes to create something that was both technically inept and painful to listen to.
I do so love how the web has sped up different aspects of my life. I fail much more efficiently nowadays.
Neat link though. For someone with musical talent, I mean.

One awesome thing about this... go to the Misc category and scroll down to the bottom to find the Mario Paint sounds, complete with identifying icons!
