It's the sort of thing you imagine the Stonehenge builders would be blogging had they the opportunity. Wasn't impressed with the Daodejing translation they used, but the recipes look good.

I think the recipes explain the rest of the page. At least he's got my Sun sign (for May 22) correctly in the 1st half of Taurus.

I think the site assumes a lot of knowledge (or willingness to look things up) amongst visitors that doesn't exist. It plunges you straight in to what appears to be their speciality (the calendar, specifically reform) with no explanation or guidance. A "this is what's wrong with current calendars, this is what we're doing. If you're new to all this, see this post" would probably make it a much more interesting site. I can see how this would be really interesting, and I clicked on a few of the links, browsed through the main post on their calendar, but there was nowhere for me to start from, as it were, so in the end I left feeling confused.

I like the idea of having thirteen months of 28 days, although this guy is not the first to think of it. However, that pesky 1.25 day remainder is a pain in the butt. We need to move just a few hundred thousand kilometers closer to the sun to take care of it. So start shooting your litter into outer space around midnight please.
