This is awesome. I just saw an early Dr. Who episode where they shrank due to an accident with the TARDIS. One of the excellent prop pieces was a giant match. My first thought was "I need to make one of those!"

oh, and I never noticed that instructables has a "not liable" section.
At least they do caution folks about handling all those strike-anywhere match-heads. Kids have died messing with those! However, the project would have been more impressive if the match stick had been made by gluing together individual match sticks. posted by Goofyy at 9:16 PM on August 6, 2007
