The Shoe Project: people and their shoes. Simple and sweet, I don't know why this makes me smile so much but it does. (via swissmiss)

Mr Cosby (the nudist) certainly knows how to dress the part.

Huh. Pretty neat, actually. I'm currently resisting the urge to look down at my shoes and see what they express about me.

I failed.

(For the record, I'm cheap and overworked. And slightly scuffed.)

I like Bill - The Carpenter. His taste is not unlike my own.

Also, with a simple removal of the shoes themselves, you have a purpose built foot fetish site.

Supergirl indeed. Who needs superpowers with crime-stomping boots like these.

I've done something similar before based off of my dad's theory of photography (Bob's first law of Photography: People like to stare at people, but we're all too polite) but this is really well done, much better than my own undergraduate fumbles.

This is one of the strangest sites I've seen in some time. I have no idea how these people got their shoes wedged onto their feet, or why.

I don't know why either, mathowie, but I have a big grin on my face right now.

It sort-of reminded me of one of those childrens' flip-books, where you flip parts of the page to change the animal/outfit etc.

I like it too! Very sweet.

Like the project. Liked the faces. Liked the shoes. Did not like scrolling to see them all.

Cute :) I like "Grandpa Collins" the best. He looks like he has a lot of stories to tell.

Did anyone catch the Cosbys (nudist and mom)? Makes me wonder if they're a couple...

Quite amusing, O Mighty and Puissant Lord of the Blue...

I've never killed anyone for their shoes.

I like how the shoes seem to reflect their personality. Very neat indeed.

the premise is a bit pedestrian (har har!), but they're sharp and lively images and i like them.

Ah it's sad that when I saw the red headed teen named Lily, my immediate thought was OMG LILY POTTER nee Evans.

Mr Cosby Nudist needs to wear some steel-toed boots until those black toenails heal.

Really cute and curiously pleasing for such a simple thing! I had the same child's flip book impression as djgh. Thanks for the post, mathowie.

Mr. Cosby dropped something really heavy on both of his first toes.
