I am no techie but if anyone can redit the site, and the software traces bck to ISP, why not use cafe computer or library to alter entries?

Amusing.

My comment is merely a placeholder so I will be able to easily enjoy the moderator's witty zinger when they delete this post.

I actually made this post but altered the data so it looks like armoured-ant did it. And now, profit!

I assume they do, and this kind of thing only catches the stupid ones.

The urge to post some inappropriate personal detail in the face of impending deletion is almost overwhelming.

but wait. order now and we will...funny thing: Fox news altered Wiki and then reported that Wiki had been tampered with and mentioned a batch of those who tampered but did not mention themselves...fair and fucked

When I was nine years old, I lost a penny up my left nostril.

It reappeared following a fit of violent sneezing in a grocery store a week later.

I put the penny in a gum ball machine and got a piece of licorice flavored gum.

Licorice was my second-favorite gum flavor.

Cinnamon was my favorite.

Are the mods all at lunch or something? Shouldn't we be going nuts with some kind of LOL posts?

Though this post may be doomed for deletion, I must say I prefer your thread title to the original's. Good show!

When I was very young, I got an entire set of Funk and Wagnalls encyclopedia stuck up my nose. It reappeared at a swap meet after a fit of sneezing. Mom traded the moistened volumes for some slightly used bee-patterned dishtowels.

When I was a child, we used to write our own encyclopedia entries favorable to our interests, which we would stick up our nose.

Collective nose. Or metaphorical. Not sure.

When I was an encyclopedia, my child used to stick pennies up his pony. Metaphorically speaking, of course.
