I thought the purpose of collegehumor.com was to rebrand content without attribution and make money off it without giving any to the person who put labour into making it.

Is that supposed to be about these guys?
A guido is a stereotypical young working class Italian-American male from the urban Northeastern United States, most commonly New York and the surrouding area. The guido stereotype is often portrayed as humorously and incorrigibly uncultured, with a thuggish and overtly macho attitude and an unyielding pride in his Italian ancestry. [...]

The stereotyping of a guido involves dressing in big gold chains, sweat or track suits, working class clothing such as tank tops, plain shirts, or "guinea T's", unbuttoned dress shirts, and flashy suits or leather jackets. Certain hairstyles are also commonly associated with guido style, such as slicked-backed hair or pompadours. The "blowout" or "tapeup" hairstyle, consisting of the use of hair gel or pomade to attain a spiked appearance, is also a common in the guido stereotype, leading to the derogatory name "gel head" often used in the Southern United States.

They're called "Ginos" (and "Ginas") in Toronto. They populate Woodbridge, if the legends are true.

I have to admit that I laughed.

If there isn't a Hinterland Who's Who for them, then I don't believe the legend.

A lot of times, "Guido" is synonymous with "Jersey trash."
