I think this hilarious scene from the great movie Kes by Ken Loach is possibly the grandaddy in the big galoot on playing field beating up on children genre. Both The Comback and the Roots Manuva video, Witness the Fitness, (mentioned by Bunglin Jones above) seem in homage to it.
