Either these memes are speeding up in their merry trips around the Internet, or I'm moving closer to the center of the highways they travel on. As I was reading this post on Metafilter and following the link, I noticed the guy who works next to me watching the same thing... and he doesn't read Metafilter. Behind me, ten minutes later, another co-worker got IM-ed with the URL. Is everyone on the lookout for the next Mahir-Peter Pan-AYBABTU or what?

Huh... I actually did not look closely at this MeFi link originally because I thought it was going to be the same as this dancing tutorial that showed up on Yahoo's Daily Picks today. What a coinkidink! The one from this thread is much funnier. But I think it's supposed to be.
