I was in the hell that is Vegas recently. A friend was telling us about how the lions at the MGM Grand, who live in an enclosure that includes a lucite bridge that allows the tourists to see the lions pass over their heads, would regularly relieve themselves with gusto to the horror of the viewers under the glass. He wondered if the precise aim of the big cats might point to something, you know, deliberate in their actions. My husband asked, "If these guys were housecats, would you have any doubt?"
