The smushed pizza from E.T. would've made this list, if lists like these were worth a hobo's damn. Unfortunately for those poor hobo's souls, these lists are constantly scribbling all over the special little pictographs left on the back of a sign post when you're getting into town. The bravest of the hobos might yelp out a 'Damn!' upon discovery of his mark being crossed out, but it's not even worth a half-muttered jackinpickin' shit, that damn is.

I can't believe they left out Dramma della gelosia - tutti i particolari in cronaca — it's even called The Pizza Triangle in the US. A love/sex triangle between Marcello Mastroianni, Monica Vitti and Giancarlo Giannini, the last of whom plays a cook in a pizzeria. Lots of pizza AND sex in this movie.

I'll assume he wouldn't be able to portray a conflicted Baltimore cop so well without the lessons learned from Pizza.

Mystic Pizza, the food critic is definitely my favorite, the way he stretches the mozzarella and savors the aroma. ahh. Something wonderful about throwing the pizza dough in the air, stretching it, the art of the making. Love watching that and the sensual throwing of the ingredients over the uncooked dough, ladling the tomato sauce and sprinkling the cheese. What also comes to mind isn't pizza but Italian food, the Andy Garcia-Sophie Coppola scene in Godfather III, where he's teaching her to roll the gnocchi with her hand, with his hand over hers. ooohh.

Let's not forget the Zucker-Abraham-Zucker classic 'Top Secret'. The scene in the diner with the resistance fighters is a pizza classic. Everyone in the background is stretching their pizza cheese halfway across the room, getting tangled in it.

There was this movie, you know? But like, I forget the name, so, uh, like, there were these 2 guys and 1 girl, you know? And like, they lived together in a dorm, and were having this, like, triad going on. But like, there was this scene where they found a pizza they lost in their dorm room. But it was old, so they threw it out the window. But like, you know? It is impossible to keep typing this way, like, totally.
