&lt;i&gt;As of January the 15th, 2002 the last county in England remaining officially classified &apos;At Risk&apos; from Foot &amp;amp; Mouth Disease  - Northumberland - was given the all-clear. This was DEFRA&apos;s statement on New Years Eve 2001 when Cumbria, Durham and North Yorks were similarly certified clear of FMD&lt;/i&gt;</description>
