Are they involved with China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe? I had the chance to see them when they were in the U.S. a few years ago... amazing show. Dancers with amputated arms and legs, mentally challenged pianist, blind fiddler... it was a pretty amazing show. Here's a YouTube video of the deaf/mute dancers- they are incredibly in sync.

I just watched this again, and amazingly I didn't notice that the girl only had one arm on my first viewing.
