does this guy sleep? All evidence suggests no. One question... where would I go to find out when the next one comes out? If, for instance, I wasn't into the whole Myspace thing? It was only intended to be 3 issues to kick off Dark Horse Presents on MySpace. Of course there's always a possibility they'll decide to do more later, but no other issues are expected. So, to keep his creative muscle from atrophying, we get Sugarshock. I'm supporting the Strike even more now.

I think the existence of this little web-based wonder can be credited to the fact that he got the go-ahead on his Next Big TV Project (starring Eliza Dushku) about two hours before the Writers Strike started and hasn't done anything with it since. Actually Sugarshock had already been published (July-October 07) when FOX ordered episodes of Dollhouse. So he'd most likely written all of Dollhouse before he and Eliza Dushku even started talking about ideas for a tv show. Sleep is where Joss is a Viking. That's the new supersecret WGA tactic for the picket lines, actually: replacing the writers with literal Vikings.

If I recall correctly, he's written the pilot and has the stories for the other six episodes they've ordered, but that's it.

that really didn't seem overly joss whedony to me I think that's why I liked. Dialogue was actually funny. Plot wasn't ridiculously simplistic. And it had a bit of originality to it. Quite unWhedony.
