That's awesome.

I worked my way up from moderator to the lead admin of about an 8,000 member board a few years ago. It was fun, until I just about had a nervous breakdown dealing with a few personality conflicts that got out of control. Messageboard drama is about a million times worse when it's local and people meet up face to face regularly, cause in addition to anonymous flame wars, you have relationship drama. I felt like a high school vice principal. And of course I had a 'real job' I was supposed to be doing while my email is blowing up with people tattling on each other and demanding that I make rulings on various things.
