It's tougher to catch a double post with a different URL. Sorry, folks. Flagged.

The instructions will walk you through it.

Actually, before this gets yanked, has anyone noticed any mileage discrepancies between GMap and real life? 'Cause I'm trying to figure out which is more out of whack: my bike computer or GMap.

Man, it doesn't zoom on scrollwheel.

Actually, Google Maps, on the My Maps tab, has a distance measurer.

probably your bike computer. I've found gmap to be very accurate when double-checking by car odometer (as accurate as that is)

The more you zoom in and follow your route closely, the better the accuracy.

Well, cool. That means I've been going out farther than I thought.

I use this site every day, almost. The key to accuracy is to zoom in so that you're accurately measuring the actual ride that you do rather than tangents of that ride.
