Blast! Why didn't anybody say the dude's name in there? Oh well. posted by whir at 12:21 AM on February 12, 2008
Wow, the tags on that last entry were pretty horrid. Mashup? Really? It's like someone read a Kevin Kelly article, thought about it, started to write about it, got the title & tags, & then got derailed by the video takedown.
I knew the shredder best as the youtube artist formerly known as StSanders.
And I'm wondering if a soon-to-be-deleted duplicate post has to deteriorate. posted by Pronoiac at 12:36 AM on February 12, 2008

I'd like to suggest that VictorLewisSmith got there first, although I realise that no-one, least of all Santeri Ojeri, has any idea who Victor Lewis Smith is. posted by Grangousier at 5:30 AM on February 12, 2008 [1 favorite]
from wired"I feel disappointed," said Ojala in an email exchange on Wednesday. "I am amazed that this kind of arbitrary censorship occurs in the free internet."
Well dude, you did agree to a terms of service that said don't infringe peoples copyright or we'll shut down your account. It's not censorship when a site sets up rules you can play by, and enforces them when you don't. How hard is this to understand? posted by dabitch at 5:44 AM on February 12, 2008
