if that MIDI is stuck in my head for much longer, I'm going to lose it.
assuming they spent time on level design, couldn't they write more than two measures?

I did not try again when I lost all my lives on level 8.
maybe I should thank the composer for not wasting more of my time?

Finished with the rather pathetic score of 4,600. I don't think there were many below par levels in that.

^^ Burn the Rope is all about its awesomely catchy ending theme song, which rivals Portal's "Still Alive" closing theme. A "must-play!"

Why does this game have lives? Is there a slot I'm supposed to be putting quarters in?

Having lives forces you to play more conservatively at the risk of getting a lower score. Maybe you'll waste a few extra clicks to be cautious on the dot maze because you know you're going to need them on level 10.

They also want you to keep coming back to the site to see banner ads. Making the game hard means they can have 10 really polished and fun levels. If they had continues then they would need to artificially lengthen the game and have 100 mediocre levels.

I'd have enjoyed this game with 10 polished and fun levels I have a chance to see, rather than seven polished and levels followed by some unknown quantity more that I can't reach because I don't want to spend hours improving my reflexes at every random twitch game.

But I see where you're going with the banner ads, you're probably right there. Cash rules everything around me.
