I'm puzzled by this post. It seems to be a portal site concerning 'the Native American aboriginal people's legal and moral right to sovereign self government', vaguely related to a previously linked (excellent post) on Entoptic Art. Is there anything new, other than a whole bunch of watermarked photographs and artworks?
