41 Monkey The closest I ever came to adolescent despair, before becoming an adolescent, was turning on the telly to find only Monkey. It was the worst programme this civilisation has ever seen. Some people (myself included) would beg to differ. Here is some proof. It's precisely this kind of list that makes people go all misty eyed and lean back in their chairs going "Yeah. Things were shit in my day. But in a good way".

Pickled eggs In Wales, where pickled eggs are still a foodstuff of choice... Are pickled eggs a peculiarly Welsh thing, then? I bought a jar at the car boot yesterday, and they're dead nice, too. Did anyone else get as far as: 99 People talking about punk, as though it were in any way important Or nice to listen to... Nice to listen to? Who is this idiot?

I've just been to that Bullseye link. What have they done to old Bully. That's an imposter... and who the fook is Bella. and WHY are they playing 'sexydarts'. Whoever made that page needs serious medical attention. Perhaps it takes a bit of fluff like Bella to sell the rights to Bulgarian TV... Jim Bowen would tan their arses good n' proper.

1 thing that I, as a UK person, wouldn't miss if it went: The Guardian. I was going to do 8 but I'm too busy working on "8 things you can do with a tiger" and "88 uses for lemurs".
