Lawrence Lessig and Stanford's Fair Use Project are representing the filmmakers of Ben Stein's Expelled (discussed previously) in a copyright infringment lawsuit filed by EMI and Yoko Ono.

Interesting. The Freedom From Religion Foundation radio program uses "Imagine" as theme music. The ID wackos would probably be aware of that... I wonder if they were trying to jam the FFRF.

Upon reflection, I see that this is not a very good post. I have flagged it and will mail an admin to delete it; if nobody else does an fpp on the subject before tomorrow I'll try again (and include some links from this google news search).

Huh? Why is it not a good post? Not every post needs to be larded up with random Google search results. You can just post more links if you think they're important.
