		<description>I&apos;m overjoyed that a) Paiva has a new book out and b) it&apos;s being published by someone halfway reputable this time.  &lt;i&gt;Lost America&lt;/i&gt; had some amazing work that deserved far better than the cheapie reproduction it got.</description>
